The Ideal Bartender

Way cool! A classic mixology text, The Ideal Bartender by Tom Bullock, printed in 1917, was just added to Project Gutenberg. I'm looking forward to glancing through this text. Here's another way to look at it:

Actually, The Ideal Bartender has been available from Project Gutenberg since September of 2004. I'd had the etext linked in my sidebar as a resource for some time, but one of the reasons for slicing it up into alphabetically navigable single-recipe blog posts was to increase its visibility... being big flat monolithic files, P.G. works don't seem to get as much Google juice as they deserve.
